Person specification
Essential
Essential criteria
- BSc honours degree, or equivalent, in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered
- Clinical educators course completed
- Significant post-grad experience in elective or general orthopaedics
- Evidence of relevant CPD
- Experience of supervision and supporting junior and non-registered staff
- Evidence or oganisation and planning skills
- Evidence of MDT working
- Evidence of IT skills
- Evidence of advanced communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call, weekend and twilight rota
Desirable criteria
- Audit and/or research experience
- CSP member
- Completed postgraduate leadership or management training
- Experience at Band 7 level
- Knowledge of community service in relevant locality

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
