Person specification

Essential

Essential criteria

• BSc honours degree, or equivalent, in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registered
• Clinical educators course completed
• Significant post-grad experience in elective or general orthopaedics
• Evidence of relevant CPD
• Experience of supervision and supporting junior and non-registered staff
• Evidence or oganisation and planning skills
• Evidence of MDT working
• Evidence of IT skills
• Evidence of advanced communication skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call, weekend and twilight rota

Desirable criteria

• Audit and/or research experience
• CSP member
• Completed postgraduate leadership or management training
• Experience at Band 7 level
• Knowledge of community service in relevant locality

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
