In 0-12 months you'll deliver

Drive the new accounts and spend roadmap, working with the acquisition marketing team to define and measure against operating plan

Formulate & drive pricing strategies to improve new account growth and yield

Modelling RoA/NPV impacts of initiatives, underwriting changes and new credit products to inform business strategy and outlook

Lead analytical/insight delivery within commercial strategy & analytics including coaching and mentoring junior team members

Proactively identify pockets & segments of untapped value and act on these opportunities

Work with Change Delivery team to deliver complex projects and ensure full delivery in a timely manner with the appropriate quality, cost control & commercial impact

What you'll bring

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

  • Strong & proven quantitative analytical skills within Financial Services
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL/Excel with experience of manipulating complex data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Ability to present findings & analysis in a structured way, particularly when addressing a non-expert audience
  • Collaborative operating style with ability and mind-set to get stuck in and support wider team objectives
  • Proficient in planning and change ownership, proven capability to deliver complex projects

And would love you to know or learn:

  • Experience working on/with consumer lending products (cards / loans / mortgages) and the regulatory environment they operate in
  • Experience leading delivery of complex change in financial services
  • Proficiency with Python
