Senior Specialist IT Systems Development Technician - NPG Cyber Range Project
£39,162-£44,052 per annum (pro rata)
Fixed term until 30th September 2027
About the Role
To manage, design, install and configure a cyber range at NTU for the Northern PowerGrid (NPG) Cyber Range project awarded to NTU. Provide technical specialist knowledge and expertise and support academic colleagues, PGR students in adopting state-of-the-art technologies and techniques into their research practice by undertaking project work to analyse problems and develop novel solutions to meet specific technical requirements. [SR1] The role will have a significant and direct impact on the success of this high value and complex project which has both internal and external stakeholders.

The Department of Computer Science resides within the School of Science and Technology on the Clifton Campus of Nottingham Trent University (NTU), and there are excellent collaborative opportunities with colleagues in other departments and research centres.
