Detailed job description and main responsibilities
As a registered nurse the post holder will be responsible for managing allocated school caseloads, develop care plans for individualized care, complete risk assessment of clinical needs, safeguard children and young people through local procedures in line with Northamptonshire Safeguarding Board, provide leadership and mentoring of others, lead on immunisation clinics, work in collaboration with other agencies. Training of school staff and Looked After Children Review Health Assessments will also be part of this role. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring they maintain their registration through continued professional development, ensuring high standards of practice.
