Lead the creation of world-class immersive experiences for global brands at this pioneering creative studio. You will drive spatial design from initial concept to final delivery, blending physical environments with digital innovation. This role requires a balance of high-level conceptual thinking and hands-on technical craft to transform ambitious visions into reality.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end spatial design projects, including 2D floor plans and 3D environment development
• Bridge creative vision with technical production requirements while mentoring a team of 3D artists
• Present high-impact concepts to global clients and pioneer new AI-driven design workflows

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive spatial design experience within immersive, experiential, or live entertainment environments
• Expert proficiency in 3DS Max, Vectorworks, and AutoCAD combined with strong traditional drawing skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative teams and present confidently to high-profile brand stakeholders
