The Role
- Senior Sous Chef position overseeing a fast-paced kitchen operation
- Working within a busy, fresh food banqueting environment
- Supporting and collaborating with an experienced Banqueting Head Chef
- Operating across a multi-outlet property
The Candidate
- Strong background in high-volume, fresh food operations
- Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef level with a banqueting or events background
- Passionate leader with the ability to train and develop a brigade
- Self-motivated with a strong team ethic
- Enthusiastic and driven to progress within your career
