The Job Role:

  • Senior sous chef for Michelin starred restaurant, in 5* luxury hotel
  • Working week, Wednesday- Sunday
  • A Senior sous chef reporting directly into the hotel's Executive Chef
  • To manage a dedicated brigade of 14
  • Ensuring Michelin standards are executed to the highest level at all times

The Requirements:

  • A strong sous chef with a Michelin star or rosette background
  • A Sous Chef who has a true passion for food with an ability to lead from the pass
  • A self-starter who relishes staff development and nurturing a brigade
  • A Senior Sous Chef with a proven record as a strong team leader

  • Wiltshire
  • Free parking
