In addition, the tronc earnings are set at £6700 per year, so your will earn £43,700 per year as a minimum. - Lead a team and deputise for the head chef, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during the head chef's absence
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Demonstrate financial acumen and budget experience, managing staff planning and wage costs to drive operational success
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sous chef or senior sous chef, with a strong grasp of kitchen operations
- Exceptional managerial skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team
- Expertise in modern cuisine, bringing innovation and creativity to culinary offerings
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to embrace a dynamic environment, with a mindset geared towards progression and growth
