The Job Role
- Sous Chef of for a high-end B&I contract.
- To produce high quality food with 100% made on-site, servicing both hospitality and three outlets including retail and formal restaurant.
- The sous chef will deputise for the head chef, leading and developing an enthusiastic team.
- The Sous Chef will support the head chef with stock taking, ordering and due diligence.
The Requirements
- A proven Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
- An experience Sous Chef with a background in busy high quality kitchen operations.
- A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
