The Package:

• Senior Sous Chef
• Up to £37,000 per annum
• Plus Tronc
• Employee discounts at sites within group

The Job Role:

• Senior Sous Chef within a superb gastro pub with rooms
• A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
• Multi site operation - wedding venue next door
• A Senior Sous Chef leading a brigade of 15 in the head chefs absence

The Requirements:

• A strong Sous Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
• A passionate Sous Chef who also has the ability to manage a large team
• A self-starter who relishes staff development
• A Sous Chef from a fresh food background
