We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. If you have a passion for culinary arts, proven leadership skills, and are committed to maintaining high standards in the kitchen, we invite you to take on a senior leadership role at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.

- Oversee and actively participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes.

- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Lead the culinary team in the absence of the Head Chef.

- Contribute to menu development and innovation.

- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of kitchen supplies.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.

- Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
