Area Director - North London

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (based on experience) + £10,000 OTE

You'll be leading a team of dedicated Account Managers to ensure we're not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of our Estate Agency partners. You'll bring vision, strategy, and support to your team, helping them deliver value and growth to their clients while representing the Rightmove brand in your region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing a team through a complete business cycle.
  • Coaching Mindset: You're skilled at drawing out the best in others and have a history of empowering people to grow in their roles.

  • Data analysis and storytelling: you're skilled at not only analysing data but also bringing it to life through compelling insights. You can look at raw numbers and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive decision-making.
