Your team
You will join the Digital Legal Solutions (DLS) agile delivery stream, a culturally diverse and collaborative group in Switzerland, the UK, the US and India. The role of DLS is to provide seamless global solutions to our stakeholders in Group Legal including General Counsel. As a member of the solutions Architecture Chapter, you will collaborate within small teams to design solutions and provide technical leadership. Additionally, you will drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall design capabilities within the stream
Your expertise
You have:
• years of experience as Solution architect
• several years of experience in full-stack development, full stack Java preferred
• exposure to Azure Open AI and practical hands-on experience of implementing AI capabilities
• a track record of integrating AI into enterprise solutions
• strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. (For internal candidates, awareness of UBS Security standards, SDLC processes, Digital Principles, Experience in resolving Minimum Enterprise requirements (MERs) is preferred.)
• hands-on experience working within Scrum or other Agile frameworks
• excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology and business challenges
• strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent within the team
• exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a similar vocational certificate and experience

• an excellent communicator, assertive and trustworthy with strong team skills
• known for a can-do approach when tackling difficult tasks
• have a willingness to learn and challenge yourself in new areas of knowledge
• fluent in English
