We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants more than just an average dev job. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely and co-own product and design to shape solutions, not just implement tickets
- Translate product strategy into technical and architectural solutions
- Actively communicate with stakeholders supporting product owner regularly, with technical expertise.
- Build and scale modern web and mobile applications
- Own features from concept to production - architecture, implementation, testing, and delivery
- Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and engineering best practices
- lead engineers through discovery and help grow a strong engineering culture
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in full-stack development (Python or Ruby on Rails + React/Next.js or React Native)
- Prior experience liaising with product teams and business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and automated testing
- Ability to design and deliver complex features from scratch and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
