Role Summary

A creative imagery and design focused role leading the in-house creative team, overseeing multi-platform campaigns, photography and design assets from concept to completion for the EU market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the in-house creative team across design, photography, styling and production.
  • Work with the in-house team to oversee direction and development for seasonal/bi-monthly creative photoshoots and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee art direction, production and styling of stills photography and video for campaign, ecomm fashion and still life.
  • Management of EU process for ecommerce photography; supporting the Studio team to ensure high production values and best practice.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Marketing and E-commerce teams to plan critical paths and collectively develop EU specific messaging, photoshoots and campaigns.
  • Develop EU campaign shoot briefs based on Buying product priorities and Marketing plan and narrative, leading Creative the team in the development of photoshoot and campaign execution.
  • Liaise with Retail VM and Display Teams, as well as the ecommerce, marketing and social/content teams to ensure a consistent representation of the brand and product across channels.
  • Work closely with US creative teams to ensure all local activity complements the global brand approach. Evolve the EU creative strategy based on requirements, budget and US direction.
  • Regularly review and reflect on creative output with the in-house creative team, leading the conversation on what good looks like with a globally aligned mindset.
  • Budget management across digital payroll, creative and studio photography and production, ensuring costs are controlled and maximum productivity achieved, whilst maintaining high creative standards.
  • Support franchise partners with creative direction, review and content creation.

What You'll Need

  • Strong design background, covering both digital and print design, including detailed working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding of best practice web and mobile UX/UI.
  • Expertise in design for web, mobile, marketing emails digital marketing and ecommerce.
  • Experienced in art direction, model and photography management for both stills and video.
  • Strong concept development and excellent design sensibility.
  • Ability to present creative concepts across the business, and articulate from both a creative and commercial perspective.
  • Strong collaboration skills, regularly communicating with both the creative and wider teams within the business.
  • Excellent organization and team management skills.
  • Experience managing digital and creative operations.
  • Budget management.
