Salary £40,778 - £46,142 per annum | 37 hours per week | Permanent, Full time | Learning Disability and Autism | Central, Lancashire

We're looking for a Senior Social Worker to join our Transitions Team - professionals who bring empathy, creativity, and a strong commitment to supporting young people as they move into adulthood. You'll play a key role in helping individuals live as independently as possible, in a place they call home.
About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker, you'll provide professional leadership and support to colleagues, while managing a complex caseload. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, community services, carers, and the people we support to co-produce outcomes that reflect individual strengths and aspirations.

Our Transitions Team operates countywide, but we aim to accommodate preferences for working in North, East, or Central Lancashire wherever possible.

Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker or have applied to register with SWE.
