About The Role

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong skills, knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for social work.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will lead, support, and advise social work staff. You will assist the Team Manager in delivering effective services for adults, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and local authority policies. You will maintain service quality by reviewing practices, fostering staff well-being, and staying updated on policy and research developments.

Effective communication and a professional presentation are essential. You will enhance service user satisfaction, provide feedback to management, and support the Team Manager with work allocation and closure. Creativity in problem-solving and promoting evidence-based practice are key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Social work degree / CQSW / CSS / DipSW and relevant professional registration.
