What You'll Achieve in Your First 12 Months
- Build and lead a high-performing social team, managing Social Media Managers and Community Managers across global and local markets.
- Develop and implement innovative, insight-driven social strategies that elevate Asahi's premium beer brands.
- Drive engagement, growth, and performance across key social platforms, ensuring best-in-class content execution.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to secure premium trading positions and best practices.
- Implement social measurement frameworks and KPIs, working with internal teams to optimize performance.
- Lead social training initiatives across markets, elevating internal capability and fostering a culture of excellence in digital marketing.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing the in-house social team, driving excellence in strategy, execution, and innovation.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to brand teams, ensuring social media aligns with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Overseeing content planning, community engagement, and influencer activations across multiple channels.
- Staying ahead of social trends, ensuring our brands leverage emerging opportunities for maximum impact.
- Partnering with creative, digital, and client service teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive real business results.
- Managing relationships with external agencies and service providers, ensuring best-in-class execution.
- Leading the development and optimization of paid social strategies to maximize ROI.
What You Bring to the Table
- 6+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong track record of managing social campaigns for global brands, ideally within FMCG.
- Deep understanding of platform best practices, consumer behavior, and data-driven content planning.
- Experience working in both agency and in-house environments is a plus.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior decision-makers.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.
