Lead SOC Engineer- London - 55-65K

As a Lead SOC Engineer You Will Get the Opportunity To:

• Act as the technical lead for Jr team members.

• Proactively conduct threat hunting across client environments and carry out investigations to assist with incident response and address client issues.

• Oversee the implementation of new SOC/MDR projects

• Optimize the SIEM/EDR platforms to reduce false positives and eliminate noise.

• Address incident escalations with solid recommendations and perform threat hunting exercises.

The Right Lead SOC Engineer Will Ideally Have:

• Proven Experience as a SOC Analyst or Senior Security Operations professional.

• Proven experience in using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft defender and Microsoft Sentinel.

• Familiarity with fundamental concepts such as operating systems and networking.

• Knowledge of system administration environments (including Linux, Windows or Mac).

• Expertise in configuring SIEM solutions, including tuning and onboarding.

Desirables for Lead SOC Engineer role:

• Practical knowledge of MITRE ATT&ACK framework.

• Microsoft Certifications including SC-200 or AZ-900
