Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

We are growing our Marketing team and have a brand-new role available for an Assistant Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team! You will work closely with the Marketing and Campaign team supporting a significant project that will have a hugely positive impact on the modernisation of our Building Society

As an Assistant Campaign Manager, you will develop and implement compelling campaigns for use across the business that effectively conveys our brand messaging, promotes our products and services, and engages our customers.

You will have experience innovating campaign strategies that align with business goals, liaising with agencies to bring design concepts to life and working with colleagues to deliver campaigns that have impact.

This role will also involve working with internal teams to support with event management and analysing and evaluating the data received from events and campaigns. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing as an Assistant Marketing Campaign Manager at Nottingham Building Society: -

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns from initial brief with our colleagues / business areas to execution of campaigns and reporting on their impact.
  • Ensure creative content is developed across various platforms, including social, graphic and written materials and aligns with the brief and target audience.
  • You will use campaign data to assess performance of our strategies and predict future trends ensuring we always stay on top of our game!
  • This is a highly collaborative role working with the wider marketing team and colleagues across the business to ensure campaigns are created in alignment with our purpose and goals. You will be pro-active in your communication with internal colleagues to optimise cross functional working and communication across teams keeping us all on the same path
  • Contribute to our culture of learning and skill development within the team and stay informed about industry trends and best practice standards. You will keep an eye on the external market and introduce interesting concepts and ideas to the Society!

About you: -

  • Highly collaborative, creative and curious with strong communication skills.
  • Experience within a similar marketing role; Financial services experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to generate interest through creative campaigns.
  • You will be pro-active and organised with the ability to plan and deliver within deadlines and budgets.
  • You will be part of a campaign team who work collaboratively together, you will balance team working with the ability to drive campaign activity independently.
