Senior Site Manager

Purpose
The Senior Site Manager oversees construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and working closely with clients to meet expectations. Compliance with health and safety regulations is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction, from site preparation to client handover.
- Lead and support site managers, supervisors, and tradespeople.
- Develop and enforce site-specific health and safety plans.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met.
- Foster the development and performance of site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, and standards.
- Adhere to policies and procedures within the Integrated Management System.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in construction, with 7 years in a senior site management role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
- Ideally Data Center/Mission Critical Experience
