We are looking for an experienced senior shoot producer with a strong eye for content to join our dynamic growing team. We are seeking like-minded individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment who want to have a vital part in the development of the brands photography and videography content. You should have a deep understanding of shoot operations and experience with both the administrative operations of shoot production from concept through to delivery. Our ideal candidate has the eye to elevate content across our e-commerce and creative shoot content. We aim to always be moving forward and expect our content to be at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the content team to deliver on brand, best in class photography and videography content that aligns with the brand's vision.
• Manage shoots from ideation through to delivery. Responsible for sourcing, booking and co-ordination of the shoot team needed for the project. Simultaneously visualising shoot creative direction, styling looks, collating samples, briefing key content outputs and timeline for the project delivery.
• Efficient delivery of all allocated projects against a critical path and budgeted cost per style.
• Effectively communicate the creative vision and requirements to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on the project's goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the shoot, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of successful freelance creative and agency contacts to aid in effective and quality production of content.
• On set shoot production as required; styling, logistics and organisation.
• Quality control & co-ordination of all produced assets and image archives.
• Collaborating on creation and maintenance of organisation tools and documents created for shoot management.
• Completing research and trend analysis to continue to elevate our content.
• This role outline does not limit your duties and Disturbia may, from time to time, require you to undertake any other work

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ Years experience in content production & on set shoot experience across photoshoots, preferably within the fashion industry. Video shoot experience would be a bonus, but not essential.
• Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Good excel and presentation skills
• Strong creative vision and understanding of fashion trends and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with multiple business areas.
• A pro-active nature, with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure.
• Effective communication and presentation skill set.
