Senior Service Designer - 3 Month Contract - London/Hybrid working

Duration: 3 Month Contract initially

Location: London

Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office

IR35: Inside IR35

Daily Rate: £600/day

As the Senior Service Designer, the aim of the role is to facilitate effective content data reporting. As things currently stand within the business, content reporting is part of an existing transformation project for business requirements. However, it is not currently being fulfilled by the existing process and products. There is a desire to take a more holistic view across the project to find a solution.

You will work on evaluating the current process for content data reporting to better understand business requirements and recommend technical solutions for improvement.

Required skills/experience:

• Strong experience in a similar role
• Must have strong service design experience with focus on data reporting
• Experience of working within large, complex transformation projects within the product space
• Content data experience desirable
• Experience of improving content data reporting
• Experience of working with Tech transformation leads, technical architects and data analysts
• Experience in evaluating current processes for content data reporting
