We are currently recruiting for a Content Senior Executive to implementsuccessful content marketing & SEO tactics to help us improve search visibility and increase website traffic. Supported by and reporting into a Content Manager - delivering against monthly targets for content output working closely with our agency partner and the wider SEO team.
This role will be for a 12-month fixed term contract.

What would the role entail:
• Creation of optimised content in the form of landing pages, articles and other page types. Manage, edit and maintain this content through the CMS (content management system)
• Perform competitor/landsape analysis and report on content strategies and techniques used to perform better in organic search and drive customer outcomes
• Working as a content specialist within a cross-functional team of stakeholders and colleagues to improve our SEO strategy
• Own the execution of content optimisation, including demonstrating E-E-A-T, internal linking, keyword usage, etc.
• Form a key part of our content production process, including editing and approving our content to set standards
• Execute keyword research for various websites/projects and prepare & optimise content.
• Perform content audits to check for issues, low word count, keyword stuffing, quality etc.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and and search engine algorithm updates.
• Writing engaging SEO content in multiple formats.
• Optimising content regularly on the website.
What we would love to see from you:
• Firm grasp of content marketing, and on-page optimisation, as well as familiarity with other areas of SEO
• Working knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics , Screaming Frog, Search Console
• Comfortable working with a CMS and publishing content to a website
• The ability to work towards shared goals & targets as part of a cross-functional team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience editing and producing written content for SEO
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to detail
• Solid Content & SEO experience, in-house is desirable
