Dudley SENDIASS provide a range of impartial information, legally based advice and support to help parents/carers, children and young people on all matters relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are here to help parents/carers, children and young people make informed choices and enable parents/carers to play an active role in their child's education.
We offer free, confidential and impartial support to children and young people aged 0-25 years old with SEND and their parents and carers.
The role of Senior SENDIASS officer is to deliver special educational needs and disability information and advice to young people and their parents .
To support the SENDIASS Manager in the development of the SENDIAS service in line with LA statutory duty to deliver Information, Advice and Support as required and in written in the Children & Families Act 2014.
The Senior SENDIASS officer post is a fixed term, temporary contract until 17th July 2026.
22.2 hours per week, term time only - 39 weeks, Grade 8
