Senior Secretary in Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + benefits (pension, 25 days holiday, life assurance, and more)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diaries and draft correspondence.
• Complete client documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Order stationery and cover switchboard and reception as needed.
• Monitor senior manager emails and respond accordingly.
• Assist with the preparation of management reports.
• Perform all other ad-hoc admin and secretarial tasks as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a senior secretary.
• Strong office administrative skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CCH document management system (desirable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
