About this Role
Grade and Salary: Grade 4: £18,788 - £20,380 per annum (£28,598 -£31,022 FTE)
Working pattern: 27 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time only plus 2weeks) 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Contract term: Permanent

The role:
We are looking to appointa dedicated Science Technician to join our successful Science Department. Thisrole will provide support to colleagues within the Science Department withpreparing practical lessons, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safe storageof chemicals and materials. Please note that the 27 hours per week will bespread over 5 days.
The person:
The successful candidatewill have good subject knowledge and a passion for science. You will have astrong understanding of the health and safety requirements, excellent IT andcommunication skills and have the ability to manage your time effectively.
