    • Proven experience developing and delivering pricing strategies, using behavioural and pricing models, and supporting Savings pricing transformation.
    • Skilled in analysing and interpreting complex data, producing meaningful MI, and contributing to successful business planning and cashflow processes.
    • Strong organisational, communication and negotiation abilities, with the behaviours needed to work collaboratively and drive positive outcomes.
    • Good understanding of wider Group products, services, and business aims, enabling effective alignment of savings propositions.
    • Degree or relevant professional qualification, plus a full UK driving licence to support travel required in the role.

    • We're passionate about giving back to the communities in which we serve as well as supporting local charities as part of the Samuel Fox Foundation. One of the many ways you can get involved is to use the 2 days per year paid leave to volunteer for causes or charities that are important to you.
