Our busy and successful Cambridge branch is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves winning business, and wants to grow both personally and professionally as part of an ambitious team.
This is not a "sit-behind-a-desk" role - it's about energy, ambition, and making things happen.

You'll be a key player in the branch, leading by example and helping drive performance through:

• Winning new instructions and building strong client relationships.
• Delivering outstanding customer service from first viewing to completion.
• Negotiating offers confidently and effectively.
• Generating viewings and sales through proactive activity.
• Supporting and motivating junior team members.
• Contributing ideas and momentum to help the branch continue to grow.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident in sales and negotiation.

• Target-driven and thrives in a competitive environment.
• Professional, personable, and customer focused.
• Ideally experienced in residential sales. (estate agency experience preferred for this level)
