We have a great opportunity for a motivated, target driven, people person looking for a new role! We are the North Wests most successful family-owned Estate Agents and are looking to expand our team in the Stockport area.
What does the role look like?
- Mentor and inspire new starters and other members as a senior member of the team
- Act as an escalation point for other Sales Negotiators
- Take ownership of Branch performance, striving to meet goals and targets
- Nurture your own customer base to help them find their perfect home
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Generate and conduct customer viewings
- Assist all customer needs by promoting additional services where applicable
- Working within the branch team and the wider network to hit targets
Have you got:
- Proven sales experience?
- An ability to work as a team to achieve set objectives in a target driven environment?
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face?
- Confidence when negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales?
- Experience conducting viewings?
- Proven experience pitching additional services such as financial services and solicitors?
- An ability to represent a company in a professional manner?

The role will be based in Stockport. Hours of work are 09:00-17:30(Monday-Thursday), 09:00-17:00(Friday) and alternate Saturdays 09:00-13:00.
