What you'll do

The Indirect Business segment is responsible for driving and increasing market share across a community of experienced channel partners, understanding partners goals and their customer needs. Through our innovative portfolio, we help our partners to unlock their potential and create the future for their customers, colleagues, and communities.

The role of the Senior Sales Manager is to lead a team of regionally based Field Account Managers, with the focus on growing and expanding our relationships with a defined set of partners.

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for delivering core sales KPI's including Revenue, Margin, New Business AOV, Retention, Churn Net Adds and NPS selling across the mobile, fixed, IOT and UC portfolio.

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of the Vodafone Enterprise Business goals assigned to their business unit, while having a strong ability to coach and develop their team.

Who you are
• Deep understanding of both Vodafone and/or competitor products & services (Mobile and fixed voice, data, Unified Communications, Cloud & Hosting, and IoT).
• Experience in channel and/or partner sales
• Experience in Solution Sales and Sales Leadership
• Extensive experience running sales teams, preferably in a technology environment/B2B blue-chip culture; a key requirement is to demonstrate results-driven leadership, with proven sales productivity improvements.
• Proven record of developing and driving commercial sales strategies and adapting to macro/microeconomic conditions, achieving significant business growth.
• Track record of improving and increasing sales results.
• Able to operate at a senior level within businesses to drive C-level engagement with prospect organisations
