THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MICE Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the MICE segment, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.

Key things you will be responsible for:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the MICE segment.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize revenue.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Director of Sales.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct appointments, site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Cameron House.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
    • Maintain an active presence in relevant industry associations and groups.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting the MICE market.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

Qualifications and Experience:

    • Significant experience in MICE sales, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of the MICE market and industry trends.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
