About the Team

You will be part of the Fitch Solutions FP&A team with colleagues based in London and New York. You will report to the Head of Incentives Control to support Fitch Solutions Commercial team with a 200+ person global salesforce.

As a Senior Sales Incentives Analyst, you will provide support in all Sales Compensation related activities, including reporting, analysis and administration. You will have high visibility to senior leaders in the Global Commercial organization; get to collaborate with leaders and partners in Commercial, Tech, HR and Operations; and gain exposure to FP&A to develop your career in Finance. (Location: London, UK).

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Support the Head of Incentives and Controls on the compilation and governance of sales compensation plans
  • Prepare, analyze and manage large date sets for commission system application informed by Sales Leader directives
  • Prepare and ensure integrity of commission payment calculations per internal framework and deliver reporting to facilitate pay sign off by management
  • Produce incentive pay analytics reports/generate presentations to assist key remuneration stakeholders in their decision making
  • Use technology to drive continual process improvement of the Sales Incentive lifecycle
  • Drive continual evolution of commission system and co-ordinate with external vendor to provide recommendations on system enhancements

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience, with prior background as a commission /compensation analyst preferred
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Excel/PowerPoint

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience of working with databases, system implementation/launches is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across organizational matrix
  • Finance background would be an advantage
