The Role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Bullion Broker to join our high-performing sales team. This role requires a motivated and disciplined sales professional with a demonstrable record of converting high-value enquiries, managing sophisticated client relationships, and executing sales with expertise.

As a Bullion Broker, you will expertly handle enquiries from individuals seeking to invest in physical gold and silver. You will guide clients through the investment process with clarity and expertise, ensuring each interaction reflects the company's values of trust, professionalism, and market excellence.

Role responsibilities

  • Convert enquiries into successful sales, delivering exceptional client experience and exceed conversion and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell across the company's full range of products and services.
  • Demonstrate meticulous planning, organisation, and CRM discipline, ensuring all client interactions, trades, and communications are accurately recorded and compliant with internal processes.
  • Provide clients with informed, balanced, and compliant investment guidance, ensuring all recommendations align with the company's policies and ethical standards.
  • Identify and secure new business channels, including partnerships with introducers, IFAs, and other intermediaries to generate recurring revenue streams.
  • Contribute to marketing and thought leadership, supporting the company's profile through client communications, market commentary, and written content for the website or financial press.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure seamless trade execution and client satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to the company's growth, sharing insights and initiatives that strengthen performance, client trust, and brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Degree with a 2:1 class or higher, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Proven expertise in maintaining high conversion statistics
  • Interest in current affairs and money markets
  • Knowledgeable about global economics
  • Fast and capable learner, with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Gravitas required to captivate clients of all levels
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Strong written skills
  • Have a 'can do' approach and is tenacious.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to cope with changing priorities
  • A team player who can work on their own initiative
  • A confident communicator, both verbal and written
  • Good time-management and planning skills
  • A diligent approach to work with a keen eye for detail

Benefits
Package & Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
  • £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Impressive, uncapped commission structure with realistic first year OTE of £100,000
