£27-£34k plus bonuses

The role of the Sales and Event Coordinator is to grow prebooked sales across the venue including promoting table bookings, venue hires and special occasion events. You must have experience working in Sales and Events. This role has the potential to develop to a Sales Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all inbound enquiries are contacted and converted with assistant from the Group Sales Manager
  • Assisting with proactive outreach for new corporate and local sales opportunities to increase pre booked sales
  • Upselling at every opportunity
  • Ensuring successful and organised co-ordination of all venue bookings, parties and events including payments, pre orders and greeting of the guests
  • Growing new contacts and maintaining current customer retention
  • Assisting with social media ac
  • Be able to also work independently
  • Using reservation systems to maximise all sales opportunities
  • Be creative, passionate and positive in their interaction with venue management and related areas of the business such as Marketing and Operations;
  • Being the face of the business - on hand to meet and greet clients, show arounds, food tastings, showcases etc
  • Hitting pre-booked sales targets and KPI's
  • Be organised and manage time effectively
