Job Description
As the Senior Sales Engineer (Automotive/Plastics) responsible for the UK North you must:
- Develop ambitious and achievable business plans with support of the Local Heads of Business
- Achieve agreed revenue growth targets through solution selling
- Continue to grow revenues in both new and existing businesses through business development activities
- Integrate and work with the existing team
- Ensure regular 2-way communication with management
- Align with our Company's vision, values and target behaviours
We are ideally looking for someone to be based in the South Yorkshire or East Midlands area.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of HNC in an Engineering discipline or relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years external technical solution sales/ account management experience
- Account Management and develop new customers
- Strong knowledge of the automotive and/or plastics sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships
- Comfortable working independently while contributing as part of a high-performing team
- Willing and able to travel across the Northern UK Area
- Full UK driving license required
