Job Summary

The Partner Alliances function is responsible for driving and retaining revenue by expanding current alliance partnerships into new product offerings and identifying new partnerships with high-growth potential.

In this role, you will be the primary lead focused on managing our WWN Partner relationships. You will be considered an expert, involved in driving the development and execution of the Co- Sell strategy across specified countries to ensure D&B has the partnerships for innovative solutions to generate business growth.

Essential Key Responsibilities

    • Set annual sales targets for each WWN partner, manage an ongoing process for tracking sales and communicate targets and results to D&B & WWN partner senior leadership.
    • Lead the WWN sales team to own and deliver WWN sales targets.
    • Inspire local partner sales team by building confidence & knowledge in selling D&B products. Sharing sales techniques, best practices, supporting account review, deal qualification & ongoing client support.
    • Work to expand relationships with local sales teams, embedding value. Develop key sales contacts in all partner organisation.
    • Influence multiple stake holders (WWN partner & D&B) at all levels, negotiating matters of significance to the organization. Reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results.
    • With WWN team prepare and deliver regular business reviews with WWN partners (sales, product GTM, data & analytics)

Essential Skills and/or Certifications

    • Combined selling and sales leadership experience of 10+ years in the Saas, Technology or Data and Analytics industry in an international environment
    • Demonstration of original thought in business plan development and history of successful execution against those plans
    • Ability to rapidly assess partner environments from a business process, organizational and tech perspective and effectively prioritize opportunities for growth
    • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
    • Strong working knowledge of flagship products (functionality, GTM) and data strategy (local & global)
    • Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline, including ability to motivate the team to self-create and close- pipeline management and time management skills
    • Proven success with driving new and existing multimillion-dollar engagements in a high complex, changing environment to ensure achievement of objectives and significant customer value
    • Possesses excellent industry-leading sales methodology, relevant CRM software (e.g. SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite skills
