Main Purpose of Job
As a Senior SDR, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline. Your focus will be on identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities, ensuring our AE team has everything they need to close deals. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships teams for partner pints, events, and other joint initiatives.
  • Perform detailed account research.
  • Leverage MEDPIC methodology to qualify leads.
  • Participate in SDR weekly training sessions and demo debriefs with Sales.
  • Use sales tools such as Outreach and Hubspot effectively.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 months as an SDR.
  • Relevant Companies: Sales-driven organisations with strong SDR frameworks.

Essential Hard Skills Needed for The Role:

  1. Organisation - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  2. Coach-ability - Open to learning and applying feedback.
  3. Cold Calling - Proven experience with successful cold-calling techniques.
  4. Cold Emailing - Skilled at crafting impactful and personalised email outreach.

Desirable Hard Skills

  1. Familiarity with MEDPIC methodology.
  2. Experience using Hubspot or Outreach.
  3. Ability to analyse sales data for pipeline optimisation.
  4. Basic understanding of cross-functional sales strategies.

Soft Skills Needed for This Role

Compensation & Benefit

Base Salary: £36,000

OTE (On Target Earnings): £60,000+ (uncapped commission structure with realistic and achievable targets).

Hybrid, Central London

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

Interview Process

  1. One-Sided Video Interview:
  • Conducted via a pre-recorded session. Questions will focus on motivations and SDR best practices.
  • 30-Minute Video Interview:
    • With Balvin (SDR Manager) and Ali (Team Member).
  • Final Stage (In-Person, 1-1.5 hours):
    • Task presentation and panel interview with Balvin, Frances, and Alastair.
