Senior Sales Associate, Mandarin Speaker

(Harrods, Permanent, Full-Time)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a Piaget Ambassador, you are required to achieve sales in line with the ambitions of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities:

Boutique Operations

    • Taking responsibility in the absence of management regarding processes, procedures and boutique maintenance.
    • Maintaining a positive attitude, being a role model for the team in behaviour and performance and supporting service excellence.
    • Mentoring the newer members of the team and assisting their development. Proactively participating in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts and all daily operations as required.
    • To be sales driven whilst delivering the Piaget commercial strategy and sales ceremony.
    • To achieve personal target and HTI targets set by the business, by working strategically on annual plan to deliver.
    • To participate in client events as well as high ticket client events to drive HT sales.
    • Flexibility with working time and being available outside of shift patterns when requested to meet with the needs of the business.
    • CS management - to take care of issues independently. Taking advice/escalating only when necessary. Resolves client issues when they arise by promptly investigating the opportunities and root causes, proposing solutions and escalating to hierarchy potential roadblocks and recommendations in order to drive excellence in client service.

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

    • Cultivates exceptional client relationships with international clients to maintain and enhance the client loyalty of their current portfolio.
    • Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop client base - upgrade high potentials and regain lost clients.
    • To work proactively and independently in the acquisition and development of HT clients.
    • To work independently with third parties outside Harrods to expand client base.
    • To create individual development plans for each targeted client - including cost planning.

Brand Ambassador and Client Service Excellence

    • Bringing to life the Piaget Sunrise client experience.
    • Representing the highest standards and promoting Piaget's name and image inside and outside of the boutique.
    • Following the Piaget grooming standards at all times whilst representing the Maison.
    • Working closely as a part of a team and with partners of the Maison.
    • Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections to tell the story of Piaget.
    • CS management - to take care of issues independently. Taking advice/escalating only when necessary. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

    • A minimum of 3 years prior experience in Luxury.
    • Luxury mindset & client-centric approach - High jewellery and high watchmaking experience advantageous.
    • Experience in bespoke is a plus.
    • Strong sales techniques and clienteling - must have a strong client base.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required.
