KIA Brand Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a KIA Brand Manager to join the busy Sales Team at our newly refurbished Lloyd KIA and Volvo site in Levens.

As the KIA Brand Manager, in this newly created role, you'll be responsible for the following:

• Managing a team of 6 Sales Executives and a Retail Sales Manager.
• Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles, and all other products (such as finance and insurance products).
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with the sales team.
• Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email.
• To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility.
• Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way.
• Collating finance proposals for customers.
• Ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff.
• Ensure that manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
• Working in conjunction with the marketing department to ensure that all vehicles are being promoted / advertised on the relevant platforms.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a sales leader within the automotive industry. Whilst brand experience is preferred, it isn't essential.
In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience: -

• Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Commercial awareness and financial analysis
• Good understanding of the Used Car market place for KIA and Non-Franchise cars
• Self-motivated and ability to thrive under pressure
• A calm and professional manner
• FCA Accredited
• IT literate & full UK driving licence

Basic Salary: £35k per annum, OTE £60k + (uncapped)
