EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential criteria
- Education to GCSE/ O/A Level or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- NVQ level 3 or relevant experience or evidence of completion of any relevant short courses or training
- Knowledge of a full range of administrative systems, software programs acquired through NVQ 3 or equivalent experience plus relevant practical experience
Desirable criteria
- Safeguarding Children/Adult Training Level 1
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
- Substantial clerical and administrative experience
- Advanced IT skills
- Ability to respond to fluctuation in workload as demand dictates
- Team coordination and business support
- Managing complex data
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of hospital and community services
