ABOUT US:

First opened in 1944, Lina Stores is known for its fresh, handmade pasta, meats, cheeses, antipasti and many more products - all imported from Italy! We also have an online shop which allows customers to order online quickly and easily with seamless deliveries straight to their front door. All of this of course requires preparation, which is all done in our very own production kitchen in Peckham, Cucina da Lina, where we develop our high-quality Italian recipes.

THE ROLE:

As a restaurant host, you will welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism. You will manage reservations using our booking system, SevenRooms, and answer phone inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. You will handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries regarding food, beverages, and service with care and efficiency. Additionally, you will occasionally support the floor team by assisting customers, ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly, and that guests have everything they need for a memorable dining experience.

YOU ARE:

An experienced host/ receptionist. A well-presented and natural people-person, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and the warmest welcome to all Lina Stores customers. You are positive, confident, and highly organised, with the ability to independently run the reception desk and booking system. You remain calm under pressure and are a natural multitasker and team player.
