Location: Office Based - London/Birmingham/Luton

Salary: From £45,000 per annum, a car allowance of £5,500 plus benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Your Role, Your Impact

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you run your own diary as the go-to expert for day-to-day talent acquisition for FirstPort. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and implement strategies to align the talent pipeline to business needs, ensuring that we attract and retain talented candidates. This role will report directly to the Snr Head of HR and will operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring regular in-office presence, some travel between main office locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cost-effective recruiting and sourcing strategies for FirstPort, challenging and streamlining internal processes to meet business needs and improve the candidate journey.
  • Act as a SuperUser for Eploy (applicant tracking system), including posting job positions, managing candidate pipelines, generating reports, and maintaining recruitment data.
  • Implement best practices to attract and recruit diverse talent through the use of technology, social media, military, educational institutions, professional organisations, and referral networks.
  • Utilise a variety of standard and specialised sourcing techniques to build a strong pool of well-qualified candidates.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to provide ongoing status updates on candidates, assist in final candidate selection, and extend/negotiating offer packages
  • Own and manage Glassdoor reviews.
  • Track, measure, and manage sourcing channels used by the Talent Acquisition team, sharing relevant sourcing information and insights.
  • Manage the PSL for FirstPort and the relationship with our Partner for site staff
  • Identify opportunities to raise First Port's employer brand through events, open days, career fairs and online campaigns.
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports and ensure accurate data in the ATS.
  • Undertake additional resourcing projects and duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently and empathetically with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive self-starter, motivated to exceed targets and collaborate with the business to deliver results.
  • Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards and Boolean search techniques.
  • Team player, with a key role in supporting and uniting the team to meet their needs.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and solution-focused, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Experience in working across various business areas and developing candidate attraction strategies and talent pools.
  • Familiarity with the Property Management Financial Markets is a plus.
