Senior Support Worker - Beacon Park Village

The role of a Nexxus Care Senior Support Worker is based at Beacon Park Village - which is a Extra care scheme in Lichfield.

To include every other weekend- 7.30-3pm / 3-10.30pm shift patterns.

Main duties include but not exclusive:

• Completing quality, person-centred care plans - ensuring our customers needs are met!
• Completing Spot checks and supervisions - supporting and guiding your care staff to ensure the best
• On-call is an essential part of the role

Work directly with the Care Manager and Team leaders to ensure all staff are fully compliant, and all care plans are up to date.

About You

Nexxus Care are looking for a flexible, team player who is striving to support a team to deliver high quality care whilst leading by example.

Experience of working within the care sector is a mandatory requirement, you will need to have a good understanding of care plans and assessments

Experience of Senior preferable /Nvq 3 or willing to work towards this

Competent to use an IT system
