Permanent contract | full-time 37 hours per week | £36,124 to £37,938 per annum (Grade I) | King's Lynn

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a full-time Senior Residential Childrens Practitioner at Marshfields based in West Lynn.

As an Ofsted registered Residential Children's Home we provide short breaks for children with disabilities, autism and/or complex health needs aged 5 to 17 yrs.

As the Senior Practitioner, you will provide leadership support and supervision to the team with a specific emphasis on striving for excellence through quality and consistency of practice. Central to this role is the ability to mentor, model, and direct best practice to Children's Residential Practitioners to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children and young people.

The role requires one of the following qualifications: a Level 5 Leadership and Manager or a Social Work, Nursing or OT qualification.

As the successful applicant, you will have the knowledge and skills to work with children with a range of complex needs. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team; we offer a friendly and supportive working environment where learning and development is supported and valued.

The Senior Practitioner is required to sleep in and be part of the out of hours on - call rota, for which a payment is made.
