Who are we ...
Our Children's Residential Service are expanding over the next two years. This means that we have a number of exciting opportunities for a number of different vacancies across Lancashire - Heysham, Lancaster, Preston, Chorley, Bamber Bridge, Accrington, Clitheroe, Burnley, Nelson, Great Harwood, and Skelmersdale.

With an emphasis on working creatively, we promote lots of fun activities for our children inside and outside the homes and ensure that our children and young person are supported to develop in all areas of life.
Could you work in a children's homes?
As a Senior Residential Worker you would play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the home and the well-being of the children residing there. As a Senior Worker, you will set an example for other residential childcare workers and provide them with guidance and support as you take a leading role in implementing the individual care plans, health needs, and educational progress of children in your care.
You will also assist the Assistant Manager in managing the service and leading the team. As a Senior Residential worker, you will take a leading role in the promotion of Children, young people and their families are safe, healthy and achieve their full potential.
