Role overview

This role will help us achieve the business growth plan through successful management and delivery of studies, begin to support team members and in turn build your own expertise in new areas.

What will I be doing?

• Managing end to end research from set-up, design and execution of projects with some supervision
• Providing guidance, support and coaching to junior members of project team
• Efficiently managing personal resources/workloads as well as those across the project teams
• Supporting the development of client partnerships at the trusted advisor level
• Contributing to design innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.

What do I need to bring with me?

• Passion and keen interest in the healthcare sector
• Previous experience with pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines highly preferred but we welcome candidates with experience in other fields
• Interest in working with a wide range of clients and across diseases
• Ability to design research approaches according to client business needs and where they are in their product life cycle (with minimal supervision)
• Good knowledge of the principles of ad-hoc research techniques
• Experience across a range of studies covering different business needs
• Experience with more innovative methods will be a positive addition to your application: e.g. social intelligence analytics, generative AI
• Interest in proactively developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through partnership and strong delivery of work
• Enjoying the challenge of delivering on complex topics and briefs, working to make them engaging with impactful results

About the Team

The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
