Project Manager, EMEA

STACK is pleased to be hiring a Project Manager to our team. As our PM, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects delivered within timescales, scope, and budget, closely aligned to the newly created Project Management framework. The role is reporting to the Director, Program & Project Management.
Tasks:
- Actively manage initiatives of varying size, scale, and complexity, through full project lifecycle, from initiation, to delivery and deployment
- Creation and ownership of detailed project plans including dependency management
- Tracking project progress against timelines, budget, and scope
- Regularly reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders
- Risk and issue management to ensure delivery stays on track, and effective mitigation plans are in place
- Leading cross functional teams to drive successful project delivery via task management and roadblock resolution
- Defining the business problem statement and driving alignment on scope and definition of success
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges, manage expectations, and ensure alignment and buy-in
- Establishing project governance and controls to enable effective decision making and change management
- Ensure adherence to project management best practice framework, including ownership of all project documentation
Job practicalities and Skills
- Fluency in English (native or highly proficient)
- Relevant previous project management experience
- Demonstrable team leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with an interest in best practice project management methodologies and continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel, and expected to be in London office 2-3 days per week minimum
