We'd like you to join us as a Senior Support worker / Senior Rehabilitation Support worker at our service Kingly House in Hinckley.

Kingly House is a residential house in Leicestershire providing accommodation, rehabilitation and support for up to 17 adults. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you'll be working:

Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
• Full time hours
• 42 hours per week

• Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
• Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
• Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
• Provide Personal care
• Running the shift

What you'll have:

• A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
• A NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable 'but not essential as we can provide support with completing this qualification'.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
