Salary: Up to £28,000 p/a plus uncapped commission

Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK's largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Recruitment Team due to organic growth.

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Medica Group, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and selecting Radiologists in the UK and overseas to join our diverse and skilled reporting team.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with the recruitment manager, and contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
  • Experience as a senior OR team lead within a recruitment environment
  • Flexible working approach due to candidate work schedules (could only be available outside office hours)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (CRMs)
  • A Recruitment Agency background is preferred, with experience in hiring Contractors
